Yes. Mr. B. K. Ray was in MHRD before joining IIT-Bhubaneswar as registrar. I have met him in New Delhi last month during the Board meeting of NIT – Rourkela. He appeared full of energy and very enthusiastic about his new assignment.

I know Shri B K Ray for more than two decades. He has immensely contributed to development, administration and finacing of Central Technical Education and Higher Education. I strongly believe he would be able to fulfil the dreams of Orissa in building the Best IIT ever. I wish him all success.
