Hello sir
I think near railway head office it is not suitable to construct a international cricket stadium. So i will suggest you to please focus towards MCA(maharaja cricket association) which is at patrapada having a large space for constructing such a play ground. It is here by to inform you that moharaja cricket ground(patrapada)is 15km from bbsr railway station.200mtrs from all india medical science, sijua(AIMS)and 500 meters from NH-5 and 5km from baramunda bus stand. So according to me this place will be far better from other places inside bhubaneswar for constructing a international play ground.
