It is Rtapalli Vidyapitha.
It is not only for poor students, it is for merit students from rural area.

I was a student of the school(2003-2008) and I can assure you all that Rtapalli is the best school to study.Besides my school also offers extra curricular activities like yoga, tabla,classical music, odishi dance.
