  Most respectfully, i am here with writing to inform you that my Percentage of Orthopedic handicapped is 65% i have qualified CT training by 2006 and a political science bachelor but still i am unemployed. i think i am a extra borden of my family as i am unemployed if govt. had nosuch facility for my placement then why ct training was given. now my family is undergoing a financial crisis, my placement only can help my old parents.
