    Will this bring back the past glory of the Kalinga? Will this erase the name of Orissa as one of the poorest states in India? Will this offer an opportunity to all Oriyas to make a mark on the national as well as international arena? Will this let the people of the world acknowledge the true worth of the Land of Lord Jagannath? Time will answer all such speculations. Let’s hope positively.
