Poor performance of Orissa:
Orissa ranks 34, 31, and 29 in health index (HI), yearly income Index (YI), and education development index (EDI), respectively, in a recent Gender Development Index (GDI) study which ranks all 35 states and UTs of India.

It is a matter of dismay to see the slow progress of AIIMS in Bhopal and Bhubaneswar. The Govt. is showing unapathetic attitude to non-congress ruling state.
So, We request the UPA Governnment to expedite the above said work on welfare motive basis not on personal biased basis
