The Binayak Acharya College is located at Aska Road, Berhampur and not in Aska as mentioned above.

It seems the lower rank on account of lower cut-offs for reputed Institutions like Khallikote and GM is because of their higher strength vis-a-vis other colleges. If indeed their rank is low with almost equal strength in comparision to other colleges then there is a cause of concern and worry. Now in Orissa we don’t have the likes of Stephens, Xaviers, Presidency and Loyla and those few that we think are reputed in the state are on the decline. It is long time since a general college of Orissa featured in the Top-50 colleges in India in Arts, Science or Commerce streams. Isn’t it time that Khallikote and GM are elevated to Unitary Universities like Ravenshaw and Presidency to leverage their reputation and size.
