Naveen asks Kamal Nath for an Institute of Urban Management & Governance in Odisha

Following is an excerpt from a report in tathya.in.
The Chief Minister proposed that the Centre should invest in capacity building and establish an Institute of Urban Management & Governance in Odisha for the purpose.
Minister Urban Development appreciated the suggestions and assured that the Ministry would favorably consider the proposal of one-time grant to large villages.
He also assured that the proposal of the State for setting up of the Institute would be dealt with favorably and that alternatively he would look into opening of a branch of the National Institute of Urban Affairs in Odisha.

Sub:- (Regularisation of my job as a Sweeper in Bamra T.F.College, Bamra)
Hon’ble Sir,
Most respectfully, I Sri. Krushna Chandra Sandha beg to say the following few lines for my kind consideration and favorable action. My father Late. Bhugia Goud served as a Sweeper in Bamra T.F College, Bamra and also received grant- in –aid. Unfortunately he breathed his last on the 5th September 1994. My family in passing through a miserable period after his death. We are not availing the pension. I was served with an appointment letter from the said college to continue in the post of my father.
As per the letter I joined my duty in the same sweeper post on 16th December 1994 . I have not received any grant-in-aid since that date. Later on I filed a law suit in the court. The Hon’ble Tribunal expressed the Verdit in my favour as per the G.I.A case no. 27 of 2004. I sent a copy each of that verdict to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha.
President , Governing Body, Bamra T.F College Bamra and The Principal, Bamra T.F College, Bamra to regularize my job, But, no step has been taken yet regarding regularization.
Therefore, I pray you humbly to give a sympathetic consider to a boy belonging to a very poor family with lots of problems for the remedy of my suffering and oblige.
