As with other central Institutes, the location is certainly decided by the state governemnt. Therefore there is no mention of Berhampur in this Advt. Furthermore, since the state government is a partner and a stakeholder in the proposed IIIT, its decision on location is bound to be final. Therefore there is nothing to suspect the intention of the state government and if all informal channels are to be believed, the IIIT will be at Berhampur.
