Sir,i secure a rank card of general.my rank is 12190.In which college i will admit,please inform me.in view of my rank please suggest best 5 colleges to me & the total course fee for four years including hosrel fees.I don’t know about private colleges.Which is well college in orissa in view of my rank please suggest me.Thank you

sir,
i’ve a complain againest my collage.when i was in counsellig they said the course fee is 50,000 but in admission they took 70,000 for course fee.and the chairman of that collage is so rude about us.i didn’t know it before.sir please help me what will i do now?how can i change the collage or transfer the collage?is there any rule to change the collage?and please help me .i really need your help.please sir please help me.
