  Is there any BDA website, where we can get all such information /Process while purchsing flats/land at BBSR. Also our complaints/suggestion we can lodge, on various requirements if required against BDA.

  Sir,
  I have purchaed plot at mouza jagulaipadar, distt khurda, thahsil jatni thana no. 45, khata no. 52 revenue plot no 128 measuring Area A0.048.2DECS out of total A0.875 DECS.i.e., 2100 Sq Ft as per sketch map sub plot no. D/88 from Mr. Niranjan Das, Managing Director CEE DEE builders Pvt ltd. Nayappalli.

  I would like to know whether this plot is under the jurisdictin of BDA and if the land can be used for the construction of residence.

  The purchaed plot at mouza jagulaipadar, distt khurda, thahsil jatni thana no. 45, khata no. 52 revenue plot no 128 = As per the master plan, it is falling under Industrial use .

  Dear Mrutyunjaya,

  My question is related to Mr. Ajay K Patra’s. I also have bought land from the same builder and plot no is 135. I saw that it’s falling under BDA Industrial Zone. Could you please explain what does it mean. Can it be converted to Residential ? If not, what are the possible things i can do to sale it and get appropriate value for my investment.

  @ Ajay – What did you do after you get to know that, the land is for Indsrial use? Did you check with Mr. Niranjan?

  I bought recently and i stay in Bangalore. He is not reachable on his mobile.
