what has been reposted now is only the tip of the iceberg. Many many more would have already taken cover. We Odias must now understand that people inside and from outside have systematically looted the natural resources. While it is pretty deplorable to sit and do nothing about our natural resources it is criminal to allow this loot. One must remember that all these stem from developments projects that are cleared by the state government after taking bribes in different forms including cash. The government (read : ministers & bureacrats) take money even before an MOU is signed. After that they are forced to do crazy things and go out of the way to please the investors. In the process the project gets into a quagmire. While the projects does not move, the investor keeps waiting indefintely as his money is stuck with the ministers. No prizes for guessing who the sufferers are.

its all govt. politics, why are we blaming a contractor when the politician or related once owned the mines and leasing them which violated the law on first hand. First these owners should be punished. Contractor is outsider, why not look into own collars first. Hope citizen would understand the politician are themselve the corrupt once.
