Mr. Chief Minister I think you need to show some progress on the ground. It’s a number of years (more than a decade) since your government is in power, but there are no major achievements on the industrial front. Mine owners have looted minerals worth 1000s of crore right under your nose. Conclaves, seminars and public outreach programs are good, but you need to figure out how to implement many of the grandiose programs announced by your government. We have been hearing about your Infocity II plans since ages though we are yet to see any real movement there. The fate of the multitudes of MoUs is the same. It’s time to walk the talk sir.
The scenario is really worse if someone views the situation with respect to IT. Forget about infocity-2, i think they’ve not moved a single inch in the last five years as far as IT is concerned. There are tremendous opportunities available in IT/ITES/BPO industry where you can give well paid jobs to lacs of people. The state badly needs some good policy makers and faster execution at beurocratic level to make things really moving. Even cities like Patna, GandhiNagar etc are now better placed than bbsr. I don’t remember any IT company saying that we’ll open a shop in bbsr in last few years or state govt proactively following any of them.
I am really agreed what Ranjan has mentioned.Just leave the new anouncement from any IT company even some prior announcement are being withdrawn from the list.Whats going wrong Sir.
