We are all waiting for the 1st Multiplex-cum-Mall to open at Bhubaneswar and slowly spend its wings to other cities of Orissa. It will be really appriciable, if we can get the development underway as this was supposed to start from 2007-08. Need to put Orissa on the Big Screen of India. I think we are lacking behind…..

I think wid huge n.o of engineering colleges and IT sector booming in this city,BBSR deserves a mall like MANTRI MALL in Bangalore or inorbit,Mumbai/Hyderabad.Hope it gets it soon

These projects are late due to high property rate in Bhubaneswar. In Bhubaneswar property rate is as high as Bangalore,Hyd…& they will not get revenue as the get in Hyd & bang..

as per govt declaration ctc-bbsr now twin city…n bbsr and cuttack are same town…so every mall also have to open their branch in cuttack.
